If our office is closed and you have a life-threatening illness or injury, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest Emergency Room.

If you or someone you know is having a mental health crisis, please call the 

CRISIS LINE at 1-888-494-3888. 

If you have a non-urgent issue, please hang up and contact 811 to speak to a health service navigator.

Urgent Primary Care Centres

These clinics provide access to same-day, urgent, non-emergency health care. Their hours are 8 AM-8 PM, 7 days a week. 

An appointment is required to access the Urgent Primary Care Centres.

Please note that walk-in appointments will not be accepted. 

Please use the centralized booking system and call 1-833-688-8722 to make an appointment at the North Quadra Urgent Primary Care Centre, Westshore Urgent Primary Care Centre, Gorge Urgent Primary Care Centre and James Bay Urgent Primary Care Centre,
